At Haden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible to ensure your house feels like a home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
